Yes. Desert Shower and Glass is a Mesa business and has been since the company started. We are a service-area business rather than a storefront, so there is nowhere to walk in, but Mesa is the shortest drive we make and it is usually the easiest city for us to fit into a schedule.
Often, yes, and it is worth asking before you replace anything. A door that drags on the floor, creeps open on its own, or has gone out of square is usually a hinge problem rather than a glass problem. Swapping to better hinges or resetting the existing ones is far cheaper than new glass and takes a fraction of the time.
Yes. A good share of our repair work is on enclosures somebody else put in. We will tell you honestly whether it can be adjusted, whether it needs new hardware, or whether the original install left us nothing safe to work with.
For quotes and small repairs in Mesa we can often be out within a day or two, because we are already in the area. New enclosures depend on fabrication: we measure once your tile is finished, and installation typically follows within about two weeks.
