Called this shower company last min for a project and the woman who answered was very kind and helpful right off the bat. She connected me with Tim right away who came out to do measurements and ordered the shower glass right away. The Order came much sooner than expected which we were very happy about and Tim came to install as soon as the glass was delivered. Desert Shower and Glass has installed several glass shower enclosures for me. Tim is one of the few people that exceed my expectations. He's great to communicate with, he is always on time, and it seems he always strives for perfection. I am a general contractor and have been in construction in the valley since 1983. Tim was excellent to work with. Professional, responsive, and honest, Tim gave me a bid that was very competitive, he delivered as promised and right on time. I would have no hesitation working with him again, and I probably will.

I love my shower doors! I had them done a couple of years ago. And the best part is that he stands by his work. So when the job is complete, if there is any issue at all, it doesn't matter that I have paid him completely, he will take the time to come back and adjust or fix anything if there is an issue. He built some pretty odd shaped pieces for me because of an angled ceiling as well as around a shower bench, which I imagine was difficult to do. They turned out great!. And because of the size and awkward shape, the door has shifted a few times. Each time, he comes by and adjusts it for me. And this last time he changed out the hinge to fix the problem. I have had my houses remodeled and worked with many different people and companies. I know that things don't always turn out, but I will always go back to and work with people that stand by their work like this. I definitely recommend going with this company.

My large frameless glass shower door started dragging on the floor. Tim at Desert Shower & Glass was recommended by my handyman Shawn of Dinosaur Mountain Home Services. Thanks Shawn! Tim examined the door and immediately recommended different and better hinges which he procured then returned the next day to install. The door now works perfectly and much better than when it was originally installed... it now stays closed instead of slowly creeping open. Tim says he has more than thirty years experience with installing glass shower enclosures and it sure shows! Thanks Tim!

High quality beautiful work!

Tim and his crew are the best! We had to have part of our tile shower replaced and needed someone to take out and re-install our custom shower doors. Our contractor gave us Tim's name. He did a great job-no issues whatsoever. Our contractor did his best to rebuild the shower to the same measurements. Tim had to make a small adjustment but it all came out great. Tim's very professional and a very nice guy. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Tim did an incredible job on our shower glass and I would 100% recommend him / will definitely reach out to him again in the future for any glass project needs! I felt like he was very communicative and courteous - he would let me know with a text when he was 15 mins or so away and always arrived with in the time frame we had discussed to take measurements and install the glass. He knew I had a little one and would also knock quietly just in case she was napping, which I thought was very kind. On top of that, his pricing I felt was very reasonable and the quality of work/attention to detail was 10/10! I received another quote from another company that was quite a bit more and after meeting with Tim in person I felt confident he would do a great job. My new shower glass is beautiful! Tim installed a mirrored wall with electrical outlets. He was professional and courteous throughout the process and now that it's done it looks fabulous!
